Complete Pool Care LLC Terms of Service

Complete Pool Care LLC provides residential pool cleaning, maintenance, and related pool care services to customers in its service area. Services may include, but are not limited to, routine pool cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing, debris removal, brushing, vacuuming as needed, equipment inspection, and other pool maintenance services requested by the customer.

Services may be offered on a recurring or one-time basis, depending on customer selection and availability. The scope of services, service frequency, and scheduling may vary based on pool condition, weather, access to the pool, equipment functionality, and other factors outside the company’s control.

All services are performed in accordance with these Terms of Service and any service details or confirmations provided to the customer at the time of booking or service.

SMS Messaging Terms

Pool Scouts of Mid South, operated by Starr Stewart Service Inc, may send text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their phone number and given affirmative consent to receive SMS communications.

These messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimates, scheduling updates, customer support responses, and, if separately opted in, promotional or informational messages related to tree care services.

Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on service activity and customer interaction.

Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.
